There is a growing movement of environmentally and socially responsible businesses changing the way the business world operates. I am proud to be a part of this movement. From covering environmentally sensitive subjects to community events to donating profits to buying supplies locally, striving to make the world a better place is what drives me. I believe it is time for the business world to do one thing. Evolve.
Each month I will contribute a full 3% of my sales and projects to a charitable organization. Also for event coverage or commissioned projects, you the customer get to choose a non-profit of your choice to donate to.
Below are a few examples of recent non-profit donations, be sure to ask the businesses you give your hard-earned money to what they do to give back!
UNICEF is a wonderful organization that does much needed work across the world. From basic survival to social and educational development, UNICEF ensures the kids across the world have a chance. UNICEF is a recurring non-profit I donate to and encourage you to do the same.

The Davis Phinney Foundation benefits Parkinson's Disease. Its founder, Davis Phinney is a former professional cyclist who has been battling Parkinson's on a personal level as well as for many other people through his foundation. I was fortunate enough to cover the Road 2 Victory Bicycle Classic this summer which benefits the Foundation. I was both inspired and awed by the athletes and stories from that came from the ride.
