Another iPhone shot and not a very good one at that. I count this as more of a scouting pic for a better one down the road. I've passed this oil derrick many times on my drive home from the airport and have seen it in great light before. One day I'll have my SLR with me along with a zoom lens and I'll do this justice. For now, a less than mediocre image for today.

What on Earth does that blog title mean you say? Well, I've decided to have a go at my very own '365 project'. Yep, a photo a day for the next year. No archives allowed, each day will be a fresh photo. That it coincides with the New Year for 2011 is something of a happenstance as I am not a big believer in New Year's resolutions per se. Moreover it just felt right. Expect a large mix of iPhone photos, shots from my projects, travels and good ol' fun photography. So here we go, enjoy and subscribe to my blog via your favorite RSS reader and keep up as I intend to push myself into new boundaries this year and see what my creativity can do.
